Gemini Titan is currently pending designation as a designated contract market ('DCM') with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ('CFTC'). As a CFTC registered DCM, Gemini has self-regulatory responsibilities and must maintain and enforce rules intended to protect the market. It is important that all market participants understand and comply with the rules.
