The Sandbox is a virtual world, or metaverse, that allows players to use non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to own, build, and monetize their gaming experience. Players can create digital assets represented by NFTs, upload them to the Sandbox marketplace, and integrate those assets into games by using The Sandbox Game Maker. The Sandbox's metaverse is comprised of LAND – digital real estate – that players can purchase, and on which virtual experiences can be built.
