Market Making on Gemini Predictions

Gemini Titan, LLC (“Gemini Titan” or the “Exchange”) operates a Market Maker Program under which designated market makers agree to provide consistent, two-sided liquidity in the Exchange’s event contract markets. In exchange for meeting defined quoting and volume obligations, market makers may receive incentives and certain adjusted parameters as set forth in their market maker agreement.

Market maker status is granted following a review of an applicant’s financial resources, trading experience, technical capabilities, and business reputation, and approval is based on the applicant’s ability to meet ongoing liquidity obligations consistent with a fair and orderly marketplace. Market makers are subject to the same Rulebook, surveillance, and oversight as all other participants. Any program benefits are conditional on maintaining the required liquidity, and market makers assume trading risk and may experience losses like any other participant.
