  2. What types of transfers count towards the thresholds?
    • Eligible cryptocurrency transfers include any and all cryptocurrencies supported by the Gemini UK platform. Eligible cryptocurrency transfers must be at or exceed £50 in value at the time of the transfer to qualify.
  3. Who is eligible?
    • This program is only available to customers with existing and transferable crypto and who have a Gemini account in good standing within the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Guernsey or Jersey. Gemini may, from time to time, immediately, and at its sole discretion, modify this list of eligible jurisdictions or make this reward available to users in other territories, subject to applicable law. 
  4. Taxes.
    • It's important to remember that any rewards earned through this program may be subject to taxes in your country of residence. When you receive crypto rewards, the value of that reward may be considered taxable income. 
    • It's recommended that you consult with a tax professional to determine the exact tax implications of receiving rewards. Additionally, you are responsible for reporting any income earned. Failure to do so may result in penalties or fines from your local tax authorities.

Changes may include, but are not limited to, the content of the program, the process for earning rewards, the threshold for earning rewards, eligibility of any users, eligible jurisdictions, or the timing and distribution process for rewards. A user’s continued participation in the rewards program does not grant any vested rights, and no user may rely on the continued availability of the program. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to Gemini’s website and shall apply to all Gemini users.
