You are only charged this fee schedule as a user of the Gemini Asset Rewards offering product. 

Some of the Asset Rewards services Fee is used to pay ‘gas’ fees, third party fees, and infrastructure costs associated with staking and the remainder is retained by Gemini. You can view the protocol rewards from this FAQ page. 

Notice of Changes

Any change to our Asset Rewards Fee Schedule, including adjustments to any tiers or rates, will be emailed and/or posted no fewer than three calendar days before such changes are to take effect and will be in effect for no fewer than 30-calendar-days, subject to any shorter period of time that may be required by applicable law or regulation.

Any order placed after the effective date indicated in any such notice will be subject to the new Asset Rewards Fee Schedule and you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Asset Rewards Fee Schedule by continuing to use the Staking interface.
