August 20, 2026 - Stock Reward Offer Terms and Conditions
Gemini Galactic Markets, LLC (“Gemini”) stock reward offer is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Offer Period: The Stock Reward Offer will run from 12:00 A.M. EDT on August 20, 2026, until 11:59 P.M. EDT on September 3, 2026.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the Stock Reward Offer, you must (1) have an active Gemini individual brokerage account in good standing and (2) perform the trading activity described in the Stock Reward Offer section below within the Offer Period.
Stock Reward Offer: For eligible customers, Gemini will provide a certain dollar amount of credit which can be used only to purchase stock in the customer’s individual Gemini brokerage account upon completion of the following trading activity within the Offer Period:
For each Qualifying Trade you complete during the Offer Period, you will earn $10 in stock rewards. A “Qualifying Trade” is a single purchase of $100 or more of stock. You may earn a maximum of $200 in stock rewards during the Offer Period (i.e., up to 20 Qualifying Trades).
Hold Requirement: To claim the stock reward earned from a given Qualifying Trade, the shares purchased in that Qualifying Trade must remain held in your Gemini individual brokerage account, without being sold or transferred, continuously through 11:59 P.M. EDT on October 3, 2026 (30 days following the conclusion of the Offer Period, the “Hold Period”). Whether the shares purchased in a Qualifying Trade have been held or sold is determined on a First-In, First-Out (“FIFO”) basis for each stock: shares of a given stock are treated as sold in the order they were acquired, with your earliest acquired shares of that stock treated as sold first, regardless of whether those shares were acquired through a Qualifying Trade. If, applying FIFO, any of the shares purchased in a Qualifying Trade are deemed sold before the end of the Hold Period, the Stock Reward Offer for that Qualifying Trade will be forfeited. This determination is based on the number of shares held, not dollar value, which may fluctuate after purchase. For example, if you already held shares of a stock before completing a Qualifying Trade in that same stock, a later sale of that stock during the Hold Period will reduce your previously-held shares before it reduces the shares purchased in the Qualifying Trade.
The stocks that are available for the Stock Reward Offer will be the 50 largest S&P 500 companies by market capitalization, as determined by Gemini’s Nasdaq market-data service at the time of redemption, that are offered in fractional shares by Gemini’s clearing broker. Customers will have the ability to choose from these stocks to claim and use their reward. The reward will not appear as a balance in the customer’s account, but rather must be claimed and used to purchase a stock at the same time. Occasionally, shares of any given stock among this group may not be available for various reasons, including the unavailability of any given fractional stock. Additionally, use of the Stock Reward Offer may be limited to certain order types (such as market orders only) and to use during market hours (typically 9:30a.m. ET to 4:00p.m. ET). Neither receipt of the Stock Reward Offer through this program nor identification of a particular security in communications related to this program constitutes a solicitation of the security, investment advice or recommendation of any security, transaction, account type, investment strategy involving securities, or order.
For the pricing of fractional shares, Gemini will endeavor to price fractional shares at the last trade price. While Gemini endeavors to price fractional shares as of the time that the reward is claimed, there may be a small lag time between when the reward is claimed and the fractional shares are priced.
Limitations: Rewards will be credited only if the reward is claimed within 30 days through the Gemini platform. Rewards that aren’t claimed within 30 days will expire. The reward is only credited to an individual customer, and a customer will not be able to claim the reward unless they have an active Gemini individual brokerage account in good standing. In the event that Gemini determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of either these Terms or any of Gemini’s applicable user agreements in connection with your trading activity or your Gemini account(s), Gemini reserves the right to either decline to grant the Stock Reward Offer, or to rescind or liquidate the stock or any related dollar proceeds if the customer sells their stock purchased with the Stock Reward Offer. Limit of $200 in aggregate stock rewards per customer under the Stock Reward Offer.
The Stock Reward Offer will be available to be claimed by the enrolled individual within approximately forty-eight (48) hours after the end of the 30-day Hold Period (October 3, 2026), though this timeline may be delayed in Gemini’s sole discretion if, for example, Gemini determines that there are indicia of fraud or a violation of these Terms or other applicable Gemini user agreements.
Gemini reserves the right to change the Stock Reward Offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The Stock Reward Offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers and is available to US residents only. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Gemini or a Gemini affiliate; members of their household; employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange, employees of market makers, and registered representatives or any broker-dealer are not eligible. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Any individual stock shown in any marketing communications is not a recommendation or solicitation that a customer buys, holds, or sells any investment or investment strategy, and any such stock is a visual representation of what a customer can receive in connection with this Stock Reward Offer. Stocks that are shown are available as part of this Stock Reward Offer, and any individual or group of stocks that are shown reflect the frequency of stocks that are chosen as part of this Stock Reward Offer by Gemini customers.
Fractional shares are illiquid outside of Gemini and not transferable.
