Instant Unstake Terms

Thank you for your interest in Instant Unstake. Instant Unstake is an option to immediately receive your staked asset(s) back into your exchange account by paying a fee (See https://www.gemini.com/fees) to avoid waiting for the unstaking time. You agree and understand that by electing Instant Unstake you are opting into Gemini's Asset Rewards ("Asset Rewards") service and accordingly are agreeing to enter into the Asset Rewards Program Terms (the "Program Terms") by and between you and Gemini Trust Company, LLC or Gemini Moonbase, LLC (collectively, "Gemini"), which can be found here: See https://www.gemini.com/legal/asset-rewards-program-terms. Agreeing to the Program Terms is a prerequisite to use Instant Unstake.
You agree and understand that these Instant Unstake Terms are subject to and supplementary to the terms and conditions set forth in your User Agreement(s). Your use of Instant Unstake must comply with your User Agreement(s). In the event of conflict between your User Agreement and these Instant Unstake Terms, these Instant Unstake Terms control on matters specific to Instant Unstake. If any term of these Instant Unstake Terms are unacceptable to you, please do not use Instant Unstake or Asset Rewards. The words "we," "us," or "our" in these Instant Unstake Terms refer to Gemini.
Using Instant Unstake
Gemini offers staking to customers in various assets and for convenience may offer Instant Unstake, which is an option during the unstake flow whereby the customer can pay afeeto receive funds immediately instead of waiting unstaking time. The exact fee will be displayed to the customer at the point of unstaking subject to the Instant Unstake Fee Schedule found here: https://www.gemini.com/fees.
On completion of the Instant Unstake process, your staked funds minus the fee, are available to either trade or withdrawal immediately. Feel free to print and keep a copy of these Instant Unstake Terms. We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time with notice. You can always find the latest version of these Instant Unstake Terms here on our website. By accessing or using Instant Unstake following any change to these Instant Unstake Terms, your access or use shall constitute your agreement to the amended terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them. You should therefore read these Instant Unstake Terms from time to time. If you do not agree to be bound by these Instant Unstake Terms, you should not access or use Instant Unstake.
Permission
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Instant Unstake Terms, we hereby grant to you a non-assignable, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free limited license to use our Instant Unstake service. You may not use Instant Unstake if (i) you are not at least 18 years old and do not have the legal capacity to enter into these Instant Unstake Terms or Program Terms, (ii) you are a person barred from using Instant Unstake or Asset Rewards under the applicable laws of the United States or other countries, including OFAC-sanctioned individuals, or (iii) you do not agree to be legally bound by these Instant Unstake Terms in their entirety.
