Overview
The following promotional terms (“Promotion”) apply to new cardholders of both the Gemini Mastercard® Credit Card (the “Consumer Card”) and the Gemini Business Mastercard® Credit Card (“Business Card”) (collectively, the “Gemini Cards” or “Cards”).
Eligible new Cardholders can earn a one-time Bonus Crypto Reward after meeting the required spending threshold within the specified time period following account opening, as detailed below:

Effective January 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time, Gemini will pause the introductory Bonus Crypto Reward offer for all Gemini Card products, including the Consumer Gemini Mastercard® Credit Card and the Gemini Business Mastercard® Credit Card. Applications approved after 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on January 31, 2026 are not eligible for this promotion, regardless of when the application was submitted or when the account is opened.
Only cardholders whose applications are approved on or before 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on January 31, 2026 remain eligible.
To qualify as a new Cardholder for either product, the applicant must not have or have had an open account of the same card type (Consumer or Business).
Owning one Gemini Card type does not disqualify a Cardholder from receiving the introductory bonus on the other Gemini Card type. Eligibility, spending thresholds, and all other conditions apply.
2. Promotional Period and Qualifying Purchases
The Promotional Period begins on the date the account is opened and ends on the 90th day after account opening, provided that the Cardholder was approved during an active promotional eligibility period.
To earn the Bonus Crypto Reward, Cardholders (and any Authorized User(s)) must make Qualifying Purchase Transactions totaling at least the applicable Minimum Spend Threshold within the Promotional Period.
Qualifying Purchase Transactions are purchases of goods and services made by the primary Cardholder and/or any Authorized Users. The following transactions do not qualify toward the spend requirement:
Balance transfers, cash advances, or fees and interest charges
Purchases of gift cards, prepaid debit cards, traveler’s checks, precious metals, casino chips, cryptocurrency, or lottery tickets
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or disputed transactions
Any other transactions that do not qualify for rewards under the Gemini Credit Card Rewards Program Terms
It may take up to 72 hours from the time of purchase for a transaction to post to your Gemini Card account. Only posted transactions within the Promotional Period will count toward the threshold.
3. Reward Issuance and Fulfillment
Once all eligibility requirements are met, the Bonus Crypto Reward will be credited to the primary Cardholder’s Digital Asset Account, as defined in either the Gemini Trust Company, LLC (“GTC”) User Agreement or Gemini Moonbase, LLC (“GMB”) User Agreement, depending on the Cardholder’s jurisdiction.
The Bonus Crypto Reward will post within eight (8) weeks following the closing date of the billing statement during which the Minimum Spend Threshold was met.
The Bonus is in addition to any other rewards accrued under the standard Rewards Program.
Each primary Cardholder is eligible to receive only one (1) Bonus Crypto Reward under this Promotion.
The U.S. Dollar value of the Bonus Crypto Reward will be converted into the digital asset selected by the Cardholder under the Rewards Program Terms, at the market price (as determined by GTC or GMB, as applicable) at the time the transfer occurs.
If the converted value contains decimals beyond the supported precision of the selected asset, it will be rounded up to the smallest supported unit. Once posted, the reward may be held, transferred, or converted according to the Cardholder’s preferences.
4. Account Status, Fraud, and Disqualification
To receive the Bonus Crypto Reward, the Gemini Card account and the associated Gemini Exchange account must:
Be open, active, and in good standing at the time of bonus fulfillment; and
Not be subject to delinquency, suspension, fraud review, or account hold.
If Gemini determines, in its sole discretion, that a Cardholder or Authorized User has engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, or gaming, or has otherwise violated these terms, Gemini may disqualify the Cardholder and withhold or revoke the Bonus Crypto Reward.
The Promotional Period will not be extended for accounts placed on hold or under review. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to resolve any such issues promptly.
5. General Terms and Conditions
"Approved” means the date on which Gemini notifies an applicant that their Card application has been approved, not the date of application submission.
Eligibility for any Promotional Period is determined solely by Gemini at the time of approval based on the applicable credit policy.
The Bonus Crypto Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative reward.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges arising from receipt of the Bonus Crypto Reward are the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
This Promotion does not modify or supersede the Gemini Credit Cardholder Agreement, Rewards Program Terms, or applicable User Agreements (GTC or GMB).
In the event of any dispute or claim, the Dispute Resolution provisions of the applicable User Agreement shall govern and take precedence over any other arbitration provisions.
Gemini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
Termination or pausing of this Promotion will not affect the eligibility of Cardholders who were approved during an active promotional eligibility period and who otherwise satisfy these Promotional Terms.
