With Gemini Gifting, sending crypto is simple:

• Choose the amount of bitcoin you want to gift from your Gemini account
• Enter the recipient’s name and email, alongside an optional gift message
• The recipient will receive an email notifying them of the gift and redemption instructions

If the recipient has yet to open a Gemini account, the email will walk them through how to sign up, and your gift will be held safely until an account is open. If users opt out, the crypto you sent will be returned to your wallet.
