6 billion $pepe Giveaway Promotion Official Rules

1. Sponsor

6 Billion $pepe Giveaway, ("Giveaway") is exclusively sponsored by Gemini Artemis Pte. Ltd. d/b/a Gemini Foundation ("Sponsor" or "Gemini")

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individual retail (non-institutional) customers residing in any of the jurisdictions in which Gemini Derivatives is offered, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their country of residence on the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, or their parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The “Giveaway Period” ends at 00:00 UTC on 27 May 2023.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, to participate and enter this Giveaway, eligible individuals (“Entrants”) must complete ALL of the following steps (an “Entry”):
  • You must reside and be physically present in one a jurisdiction that supports Gemini Derivatives;
  • You must create and be approved for a verified Gemini Trust trading account (if you are not already a Gemini customer); and
  • You must create and be approved for a verified Gemini Derivatives account through Gemini Foundation if you do not already have an existing account.
  • You must have a minimum account balance of 100 GUSD in your derivatives account at the closing time of the giveaway period.
Limit one (1) Entry per person. Multiple Entries from any person will be void.  

5. Winner Selection

100 prize winners (“Prize Winners”) will be chosen in a random drawing. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Potential Prize Winners will be selected on or about 27 May 2023 (“Prize Selection Date”) from among all eligible Entries received, although Prize may not be delivered until approximately one (1) week afterwards.

6. Winner Notification

The Prize Winners will be notified by email from Gemini using hello@news.gemini.com (a “Winner Notification”) on or about one (1) week after the Prize Selection Date and may be required to execute and return an affidavit (or declaration) of eligibility, a liability release, a W-9 form, if applicable, and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification.
If Winner Notification or other Giveaway communication is rejected or returned as undeliverable, if potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), or if the potential Prize Winner fails to respond to a Winner Notification and/or to sign and return all documentation  (if required) within the time periods set forth herein, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the timing, selection and notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential Prize Winner. If legitimately claimed in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be awarded. To claim the Prize, the potential Prize Winners must follow the directions in their Winner Notification.

7. Prize

One-hundred (100) winners receive 60 million (60,000,000) $pepe (the “Prize”). The Prize Winners will receive the Prize via a transfer of 60 million $pepe into their Gemini account. Winners will be responsible for any fees or obligations associated with the receipt, transfer, sale, or other disposition of the Prize, including any taxes imposed by relevant regulatory authorities.

8. Privacy

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, each Participant consents to having their personal data included in a file, owned by the Promotion Organizer, for the purpose of managing the sweepstakes, disseminating and publicizing the results, and administering the awarding of the prize.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and all Qualifying Customers agree to irrevocably submit themselves to arbitration, in accordance with Paragraph 44 of the Gemini Derivatives User Agreement, in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.
Gemini Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and/or the award of Prizes.
Any provision in these terms and conditions which is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court, governmental department, body or tribunal, or in any applicable jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and will not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining unaffected provisions hereof and should any provision be held invalid or unenforceable in an applicable jurisdiction such provision shall not be invalidated or rendered unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.
