Digital Payment Tokens Listing, Delisting, and Governance Policy Statement

Gemini Digital Payments Pte Ltd (“Gemini SG”) maintains a Digital Payment Tokens Listing, Delisting and Governance Statement, which sets forth the requirements for supporting a digital asset (including digital payment tokens (“DPTs”), stablecoins, and other digital assets) for listing and/or custody on our platform. This policy is established in accordance with the requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) PS-G03 and other relevant laws and regulations of applicable governmental or regulatory authorities.
Gemini SG is committed to upholding the highest compliance standards and ensuring that it provides clarity and transparency on its listing and governance policies and procedures. Gemini SG conducts a comprehensive risk assessment for each digital asset and seeks to ensure it is or will be issued for lawful and legitimate purposes. The areas that are assessed as part of the risk assessment include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Technical Design and Technology Risk;
  • Cybersecurity Risk;
  • Illicit Finance Risk;
  • Conflicts of Interest
All assets listed for trading and/or custody are reviewed by Gemini SG’s Compliance team.
Gemini SG continuously monitors the digital assets supported on its platform and may delist from its platform if the digital asset’s risk profile has changed. If a decision is made to delist a digital asset, Gemini SG will take steps to delist such digital asset in a manner that ensures Gemini SG protects its users and the general public
