Calling All Derivatives Traders

To celebrate the launch of the Gemini Leaderboard, we will be hosting our first-ever leaderboard derivatives competition for customers from the 1st to 31st of August.

Gemini Derivatives is a derivatives platform available via ActiveTrader that launched in early May. The platform now hosts three perpetual contracts available for trading – BTC/GUSD, ETH/GUSD, and PEPE/GUSD.

Gemini’s derivatives product is available in select jurisdictions globally. It is not available to customers in the United States of America, United Kingdom, or the European Union.

Stay tuned in the coming days for more details on the competition and how you can take the top prize. Here’s a teaser – you could walk away with $250 GUSD daily.

How To Prepare for the Competition

Before the competition launches, you will want to ensure that your Gemini derivatives account is set up and ready to go. If you already have a Gemini derivatives account, great! Here’s what to do next.

1. Fund your derivatives account with at least $250 GUSD by the 31st of July.
2. Maintain at least $250 GUSD in your account during the competition period.

You will remain eligible to participate in each day of the competition as long as the above requirement is met.

2. Select “Open a Gemini Derivatives account”
3. In a single step:
   a) Create a new Gemini Derivatives account
   b) Read and accept the derivatives-specific Terms and Conditions
   c) Read and acknowledge the Risk Disclosure
4. Fund your derivatives account with at least $250 GUSD. It’s free to convert USD and USDC to GUSD.
5. Take note of the requirements above on getting your account ready for the competition!
