Instant Unstake is a standalone offering. You are only charged this fee as a user of the Gemini Instant Unstake offering. The exact fee will be specified at the point of election but will align with the detail below: 

Notice of Changes

Any change to our Instant Unstake Fee Schedule, including adjustments to any tiers or rates, will be emailed and/or posted no fewer than three calendar days before such changes are to take effect and will be in effect for no fewer than 30-calendar-days, subject to any shorter period of time that may be required by applicable law or regulation.

Any order placed after the effective date indicated in any such notice will be subject to the new Instant Unstake Fee Schedule and you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Instant Unstake Fee Schedule by continuing to use the Instant Unstake interface.
