Gemini Bitcoin Amsterdam Competition Terms

  1. This competition (“Promotion”) is organised by Gemini Intergalactic EU, Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with a registered office at 171 Old Bakery Street, Valletta, Malta. (“Gemini”).
  2. Open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in a member state of the European Economic Area where Gemini services are available. To qualify, participants must:
    1. create a Gemini account and complete onboarding to Verified Full Tier status; and
    2. complete qualifying trades totalling at least €100 within 30 days of account approval between 3 November and 7 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
      1. No separate payment or purchase is required to enter the draw.
  3. Each qualifying participant will automatically be entered into a random draw to win one (1) custom Bitcoin Apex Flare 4 bike (approximate retail value €4400-5000) (“Prize”). The draw will be conducted by Gemini or its authorised representative by or on 10 December 2025 using a randomised selection process.
  4. In addition, to be eligible for the Prize under this offer, users must have “Verified Full Tier” account status. Users who maintain only a “BasicPlus” level account, or any other verification status short of “Verified Full Tier,” will not be eligible for the Prize, even if they otherwise meet the trading or other activity requirements.
  5. The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Gemini account and must confirm acceptance within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond in time, Gemini may select an alternate winner.
  6. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gemini may substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if required by circumstances beyond its control. Delivery costs, customs duties, or import charges (if any) will be borne by Gemini unless otherwise stated.
  7. Any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in the winner’s jurisdiction - including any tax obligations - shall be the responsibility of the winner, unless Gemini is required by law to withhold or remit such taxes.

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed by Gemini for the purposes of verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, and contacting the winner, in accordance with GDPR.
