About WLFI

WLFI is the governance token for World Liberty Financial, a decentralized finance and Web3 company founded by the Trump family and a group of crypto industry veterans. The company aims to bridge legacy financial products with a range of onchain solutions. The token has a total supply of 24.66 billion, with four billion available for public trading.

WLFI holders are expected to have certain governance rights related to project priorities. Additionally, 7.8 billion WLFI tokens will be allocated to new crypto treasury company ALT5 Sigma. In August, ALT5 Sigma announced the sale of $1.5 billion new and existing shares, with a portion of proceeds used to set up a WLFI treasury.

About USD1

USD1 is a stablecoin launched by World Liberty Financial in March. It is designed to maintain a 1:1 value with the US dollar and is intended to facilitate cross-border transactions for institutional investors, individuals, and other DeFI enthusiasts. Investors can leverage USD1 for lending, borrowing and crypto trading. USD1 is backed by cash and cash equivalents and publishes to provide transparency.
