Gemini Launches Multifamily eLearning Solution for Greystar Management Services

Customized Course Library and Integrated Learning Management System Meet Greystar’s Unique Requirements

Calgary, Alberta, February 24, 2010 - Gemini Performance Solutions Inc. (Gemini) announced today that they have successfully launched the SWIFT Solution for the multifamily industry to Greystar Management Services (Greystar), one of the largest property management companies in the United States.

Gemini’s solution is designed to shorten training time and costs while improving competency and understanding. This is accomplished by customizing the training content to meet unique corporate requirements at no additional cost. The library offers over 30 courses for the multifamily industry, including corresponding assessments that provide a thorough evaluation of the subject matter to confirm comprehension and learning.

Greystar chose a partner that could create new courses as well as customize courses in the library, to improve the effectiveness of the training provided to team members. Greystar also needed an eLearning solution that could be integrated with their internal Learning Management System to eliminate routing team members to external sites and, instead, enabling team members to access centralized training information.
