Gemini Secures Patent Pending for Stellar an Innovative Skills Gap Performance Improvement Technology
End to end tool for measuring and improving pre and post performance
Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Gemini Performance Solutions Inc. (Gemini) announced today that they have been granted U.S. patent pending status for Stellar, an innovative online Skills Gap Performance Improvement Technology.
Stellar is a product of its predecessor Stela, which Gemini and its partner SkillMeasure have been developing over several years with a number of Fortune 500 clients. Stellar is a tool for assessing skill levels in comparison to a defined skill model, at both the individual and organization level. It identifies skills that require improvement and allows the organization to develop highly focused, individualized training programs addressing the skills gap identified by Stellar. Upon completion of training Stellar then reassess only those skills targeted, by using an adaptive post assessment. Comprehensive comparative reports are generated measuring the pre and post skills level performance, providing a measure of the effectiveness of the training to close the skills gap.
