Equity Residential latest addition to Gemini's growing Client Base

Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Gemini Performance Solutions Inc., (Gemini) and Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) have entered into an agreement to provide Equity Residential with Gemini's eLearning solution, content development, and ASP hosting services.

Equity Residential is implementing several new technology-based enterprise-wide applications over the next year. Prior to making significant investments in training, their first criterion was to determine the skill level of their employees. In July Gemini completed a Basic Computer Skills eLearning course and skills assessment, which was successfully launched to Equity Residential employees nationwide. Based on the success and their findings, Equity Residential decided to expand this course to include more advanced training specific to their own internal computing and email configuration. The next phase will be to develop eLearning courses for the technology applications they are implementing.
