Gemini and
Skillmeasure Partner to Deliver Innovative Performance Measurement and
Development Solution
Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Gemini
Performance Solutions Inc, (Gemini) and SkillMeasure, LLC (SkillMeasure)
have partnered to deliver a solution that captures and documents a company's
key business processes, assesses the organization against these metrics,
and reveals compelling data that goes far beyond maximizing the ROI in
training.
SkillMeasure's performance modeling process,
based on strategic business objectives, is a crucial step in the process
of building true and relevant measurements of corporate performance. Through
field interviews and Gemini's Stellar assessment technology, SkillMeasure

Gemini developed Stellar by enhancing their GeMS SWIFT technology to
encompass SkillMeasure's unique performance model. Stellar is a web-based

each of which is associated with a number of real-life scenario-based
questions. Responses are neither evaluated as right nor wrong rather they
