RAND Worldwide launches AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer User Quizzes
RAND Worldwide adds SWIFT Testing to Learning Strategy
Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Gemini Learning
Systems Inc. (Gemini) announced today that Rand A Technology Corporation
[TSE: RND], operating as RAND Worldwide, has launched a suite of user
quizzes for Autodesk's AutoCAD and PTC's Pro/ENGINEER® mechanical design
software.
RAND Worldwide uses GeMS SWIFT 6 technology to create
and deliver their online WebShops. Joe Oswald, Vice President of the Technical
Education Department at RAND Worldwide commented, "Giving us the ability
to publish questions we had already created within our courses to a separate
Quiz at the click of a button was a great idea. These User Quizzes have
become a key component of our learning methodology as they help to ensure
users have gained the prerequisite knowledge and skills they need as they

— we were able to do it in a matter of hours."
The external test capability in GeMS SWIFT 6 allows online
SWIFT tests to be created and delivered independent of a SWIFT course.
Test questions can be imported into a SWIFT course or, if originally created
as part of a SWIFT course, they can be exported to a SWIFT Test.

created as part of a course are being delivered as part of a quiz in a
