Gemini acquired by Private Investment Firm
New owners will work closely with Gemini to provide
strategic partnerships and move corporate objectives forward
Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Gemini Learning Systems Inc.
(Gemini), announced today that they have been acquired by a private investment
firm from Salient Cybertech, Inc. (Salient).
Continuing on as Gemini's President and CEO, Kim Adolphe

much needed capital to Gemini at that time to launch their marketing initiatives

to move to the next stage," stated Kim Adolphe. "We are looking
forward to working with our new owners. They have already demonstrated
their commitment to assist in the growth of the company. Gemini is in
a position to increase revenues rapidly over the next year and that is
exactly what we intend to do."
