Gemini's Partner, I.O. Technologies,
Set to Launch Graphic Communications Curriculum
Partners Include Canon U.S.A.'s Educational Services
Group, Digital Art Exchange (DAX), and Tech Services International (TSI)
Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Las Vegas, Nevada, United States- Gemini Learning
Systems Inc., a subsidiary of Salient Cybertech, Inc., (OTC BB: SLEL)
and I.O. Technologies announced today that after months of rigorous development,
I.O. is anticipating the launch of their first course in June of 2001
and plans to have two full Courseware curriculums available online by
the 3rd quarter in time for the Print 2001 Expo. Specific curriculum has
been developed in partnership with Canon U.S.A.'s Educational Services
Group. The eLearning products will be marketed under the new brand name
and website Ollé.
"Each curriculum is developed to support objectives created
and weighted by over 25 recognized industry experts, and statistically
verified by an independent psychometric research organization. A competency
may have as many as 50 to 100 objectives that are based on a comprehensive
job task analysis," said Richard Burke, V.P. Business Development for
I.O.
"It's not just the objectives that make these courses special,"
added Eric Kenly, President and CEO of I.O., "Gemini's technologies provide
state-of-the-art Internet delivery and on-line skills assessment featuring
