New resources will drive expansion of Gemini's
SWIFT technology into Global 2000 market
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and Sarasota, Florida, USA - Gemini Learning Systems
Inc. (Gemini), developers of SWIFT SGML/XML based adaptive learning technology,
announced today the appointment of Mr. Cliff Menezes as Vice President
of Sales for Gemini. Menezes will be based out of Gemini's new office
located in Sarasota, FL. Mr. Menezes, who holds an MBA and a B.A.Sc.,
brings over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications and cable
industries to Gemini. Prior to joining Gemini, he was a Corporate Account
Manager with privately held Cheetah Technologies, an industry leader in
providing quality of service and measurement systems to cable operators
worldwide.
Mr. Menezes also held positions as a Customer Systems Engineer and Manager
of Business Marketing and Data Services with Bell Canada (NASDAQ: BCICF)
and Nortel Networks (NYSE/TSE: NT), where he was instrumental in establishing
the company's Internet services business.
Kim Adolphe, Gemini's President and CEO, welcomes Menezes to the management
