Salient Cybertech Completes Gemini Learning Systems
Acquisition
Salient CyberTech, Inc. (OTCBB-SLEL) announced that is has closed on
the previously announced acquisition of Gemini Learning Systems Inc.(Gemini)
The company will file a full SEC 8K report on the acquisition to keep
investors informed.
Gemini, a leader in distance learning since 1990, developed and markets
SWIFT™ distance education software that provides adaptive testing (patent
pending) and the world's only adaptive learning environment. SWIFT™ allows
existing or original course content to be quickly and easily converted
for delivery by Internet, corporate Intranet and CDROM. Gemini offers
a diverse and growing library of courses including Microsoft Office applications
that can be purchased on-line through their E-commerce solution. The upcoming
SWIFT™ release is web-enabled and provides direct support for universal
web browsers including Navigator from Netscape, owned by America On Line
(AOL), and Internet Explorer from Microsoft (MSFT).
